What I miss on my iPhone

This is just a quick list of things is miss on my iPhone

1. A better way to manage and download podcasts
   What new episodes are available? - that you haven't listened to.
2. The ability to flag emails
   Often you read a mail but you need to flag it so you can react on it later on your desktop.
3. Receive and send SMS from my mac + Make calls from Address Book etc.
   It was once a feature in OSX over Bluetooth. There are millions of possibilities.
4. Access the phone data over WiFi
   Just the simple stuff: Notes, SMS etc.
